My tomatoes and onions are starting to pop up now. I've been very liberal with the water on everything. Been using a turkey baster so I don't wash out the soil, then spritzing the leaves with a spray bottle. I've been doing this at least twice a day lately, along with giving them 8+ hours under the light. Trying to ensure the soil is completely moist. Haven't yet transplanted them yet from the incubator, but I imagine that will be coming this week, as they're just getting too big. Hopefully I don't shock them too much.
