wash your hands before you pee, or don't, because it doesn't really help that much

Transplanting

Batch #1 - started on 2/14
Aside from the Thai Sun, I've completely transplanted batch #1 in some degradable pots which I picked up at Menards (a buck and change for a six pack). I scrapped the Thai Sun this weekend and planted my remaining 4 seeds individually with varying amounts of sand mixed in with the soil. Hank Habanero (if that's his real name) says peppers like the sand. I like the texture quite a bit better and it should keep it nice and loose for the roots. I'm going to be EXTREMELY disappointed if I don't get a Thai Sun after finding this picture (damn!!) on pepperjoe.com

I'm thinking about taking these ladies in for some professional photos before they are all grown up!!

And batch #2 - started on 3/6
Flourescent Purple, Jamaican, and Pepperoncini are fast out of the gate.
Santa Fe Grande and Mustard Hab, slow but steady.
Bulgarian Carrot is the only no show. No call, note or email. Very rude.

And finally, my lonely virgin garden...

Too bad there isn't a way to generate this much interest and enthusiasm toward workflow software.
Skooj is coming over to Appleton for some pointers this week!!
